ANIME CHARACTERS THAT WANTED TO CREATE A BETTER WORLD!!
1) EREN JAEGAR (ATTACK ON TITAN)
Attack on Titan is the story of Eren Yeager. He starts out as an idealistic young boy who dreamed of going beyond the walls of their home of Shinganshina. His idealism is stripped away with the first assault of the Colossal and Armored Titans, leading to the fall of Shinganshina and the death of his mother, amongst many others. The orphan, along with his close friends Armin and Mikasa, joins the Survey Corps.
His purpose is motivated by an intense rage to avenge his family upon the monsters who harmed them. He continues with this tunnel vision until the Uprising arc, where he and his comrade Historia are kidnapped by her family, descendants of the original King of the Walls. Their goal was to retake the power of the Founding Titan back from Eren, who himself had taken it by the willing self-sacrifice of his father, Grisha.
Despite their eventual rescue, the experience both humbled and traumatized the young soldier, who had up until now believed he was the key to the salvation of humanity within the walls.
The truth of how he actually came about his powers causes him to become more cooperative and appreciative of his comrades and leads to the Survey Corps' eventual victory over the titans on what has now come to be known as Paradis Island.Yet this victory holds no peace for Eren, as he has now become aware of the true enemy over the sea, the nation of Marley. It’s during the interim four years between then and the Battle of Liberio that Eren undergoes his change.
2) STAIN (MY HERO ACADEMIA)
Out of all the villains My Hero Academia has to offer, the Hero Killer Stain stands out. Despite having little screen time, he's managed to leave a lasting impression on the characters and on the audience. His influence is so great and has frightened many characters, even the Number Two pro-hero Endeavor. Let's take a look at Stain to see how this memorable villain is effective in striking fear into the hearts of heroes and fans alike.
The Hero Killer Stain, whose real name is Chizome Akaguro, is known for killing and permanently disabling many pro heroes, including Tenya Iida's brother Tensei. Stain's Quirk is called "Blood Curdle" and allows him to paralyze his victims after ingesting blood. The length of time he can keep his opponents paralyzed depends on their blood type. The order of most to least resistant blood types pertaining to Stain's quirk goes O, A, AB, B. People with O blood will recover the quickest from his paralysis, whereas people with B blood stay paralyzed for the maximum limit of eight minutes. This might be because Stain's own blood type is B.
Stain carries with him a katana, five daggers, throwing knives and folding knives to make his job of obtaining his opponent's blood easier without getting too close. This also compliments his close combat fighting style. He has incredible speed and endurance, which is how he has been able to evade capture for so long and his villain name derives from his idea that someone needs to be stained in blood to take back what it means to be a hero.
3) WILLIAM JAMES MORIARTY (MORIARTY THE PATRIOT)
The protagonist of the series, Professor William James Moriarty teaches mathematics at Durham University while also planning crimes that he hopes will end systemic inequality in Britain.
4) LORDGENOME (GURREN LAGANN)
At the start of the series, Lordgenome is shown as a highly intelligent, callous, and tyrannical ruler who ruthlessly oppresses humans by forcing them to stay underground under penalty of execution. He is portrayed as somber and shrewd but belies hints of weariness with his role as ruler and long lifespan.
Lordgenome is the ominous Spiral King, who rules the planet from his capitol city, Teppelin. An immortal human who lived for more than 1000 years so far, he cares little for people, treating the strange girls he surrounds himself with as dolls to be cast aside when they've outlived their interest to him. From Guame we find out that Lordgenome despises human consciousness and self-awareness although we are yet to be given a reason for this dislike.
5) SHOGO MAKISHIMA (PSYCHO PASS)
I can't imagine having to love in that society the way I am now. Even without being thrown into custody, it would be agonizingly lonely. There wouldn't be a single person within thousands of miles that could even slightly understand me, and it would be the same for everyone else here.
It's no surprise he was a death seeker. Especially after all of his friends died. At that point, Kougami was probably the only one he knew of that had the capacity to understand him. I'm surprised Shogo Makeshima got as far as he did towards the end, cause being all alone can really drain your motivation.
